Major Champions Invitational, Phoenix, Arizona
As many of you continue to follow the fortunes of our Club Juniors and Northumberland County Juniors, I thought you might like to know that Rosie Belsham (Whitley Bay GC) and Jess Baker (Gosforth Park Ladies GC) have been invited by Georgia Hall to be part of her team at the Major Champions Invitational to be held at Lookout Mountain Golf Club in Phoenix, Arizona from 25th to 30th January 2020.
In this competition 18 Major Champions (including Jack Nicklaus, Rory McIlroy, Georgia Hall, Annika Sorenstam, Adam Scott, Bruce Koepka, Jordan Speith) each put forward two boys and two girls under 21 to compete in their team. The teams involve players from 18 countries.
This is another amazing opportunity for Rosie & Jess and we wish them both the very best of luck.
